Suburban Harvest is the story of one woman’s attempt to grow food in her yard in suburban Anoka County, Minnesota.

Using a variety of raised bed planters, compost bins and tire towers, I attempt to grow food. After growing it, I process it into delicious things that can be stored via drying, canning, brewing or freezing.
